Through the contact form we collect: name, email and, if you choose to provide them, phone number, company and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.

2. Purposes

Your data is used to: handle your request, answer your questions, prepare and send you a service proposal, and follow up on that communication.

We do not use your data for any other purpose or send you advertising without your consent.

3. Transfers and processors

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. To run this website and receive your messages we use infrastructure providers (hosting and email) acting as processors, who handle the data solely to provide that service.

4. Your rights and withdrawal of consent

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@skrovasoft.com.

Your request must include your name, a way to reply to you, a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise and, where applicable, documents proving your identity. We will respond within the legal deadlines.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use anonymous, aggregated visit metrics that do not identify individuals. The service protecting the form against automated submissions may process technical browser data solely for that purpose.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and applicable legal obligations; afterwards it is deleted.

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
